WCB Claim screen allows viewing, editing and creating claims.
WCB Claim screen contains the WCB Claim Number,Injury Date, Billing Number of the Referring Practitioner, Contact Information, Treatment Information, and a list of related invoices.
A new WCB Claim screen is empty. A WCB Claim screen for an existing claim reveals the information on that particular claim, including status and dates of submission for related invoices.
A list of related invoices situated on the bottom part of the screen. Each invoice is shown with Invoice Number, Date of Service, amount charged, Treating therapist, Description (including Fee Item Code), Submission Date, and Status. If these fields are empty, there have not been any invoices yet. To see more information on an existing invoice, double-click on it.
After you finished viewing the information, click Cancel to avoid accidental data change.
