Clinic Info screen shows Clinic Details and Software Identification.
Software Identification reflects the settings of your version of Claim Manager MT.
Clinic Details contains Clinic Billing Number, Clinic Name, and Clinic Address. These fields are filled out according to the information you entered on Getting Started screen when you ran the program for the very first time.
If you registered as a solo practitioner, your clinic info is the same as your personal data in the User Setup screen.
If you registered as a member of a group of practitioners sharing the same billing number (see Clinic Billing Number for more details), the Clinic Info will contain the information about that group and will be different from you personal information in the User Setup screen.
For example, it may contain different Clinic Billing Number, Clinic Name, Clinic Address, Clinic Phone Number, and Clinic e-mail address.
The software will include this information, namely Clinic Billing Number, in your claims if you choose to designate your clinic as a receiver of WCB fee-for-service payments or if you choose to receive those payments to your clinic address. If you decide to use your personal Billing Number when submitting the claim, the software will submit you personal data according your User Setup screen.
