Set up your Payee Number and Billing Address using Teleplan Setup tab

If you registered with Claim Manager MT as a member of a group of therapists sharing the same Data Centre Number and Billing Number, you may want to indicate your group as the receiver of treatment fees. In this case, you need to contact MSP Teleplan to complete the necessary paperwork and, then, set up your Payee number as your clinic Billing Number in Teleplan Setup tab.

To do so, choose the option Clinic Billing Number in the Payee Number section.

If you are Soft Opt Out practitioner, when you change your payee number from personal billing number to your clinic's billing number, your pesonal address and billing number (as indicated on your User Setup screen) are no longer sent to Teleplan along with your claims info. Instead of them Teleplan receives your clinic billing info and billing number as they appear on your Clinic Info screen.

Please be aware that this settings are subordinate to your agreement with MSP Teleplan. In a case of a conflict between them, your agreement will prevail.
